As the named person responsible for this event, you confirm that:
- You understand that the AV system is to be used for the event / purpose detailed above only
- You understand that you are resonsible for ensuring that the system is used carefully and is not damanged during the event
- You understand that the AV system must be turned off by 11pm at the latest, due to noise levels
- You understand that no offensive or pornographic material is to be shown using the AV system in line with our Safe policy, and the fact that we are an intergenerational College community with young children resident on site.
Approval of your request is conditional on you making yourself available for a brief training sessions (C. 10 minutes) with a staff member prior to the event.

You will be notified whether your request has been approved by e-mail.
