  • This form is to register a team for the Model United Nations Assembly (MUNA) 2023. Please read the MUNA information sheet before completing this form.

    This form is to be completed by a teacher at the school which will be the MUNA team's main point of contact.

    To complete this form, you will need:

    • Details of two students which will be the school's MUNA team
    • Emergency contact details for the students
    • The team's preference for which country they will represent
    • Teacher/main contact at school's details

    MUNA will be in the theatre at Nossal High School on 19 August 2023 - parents, teachers, friends and family are encouraged to come and watch the event in person!

  • Teacher details

    This form is to be completed by a teacher at the team's school. Please enter your information as some communication for the students in the lead up to MUNA will be sent to the teacher.
  • Rotary Club details

    Local Rotary clubs financially sponsor each team to attend MUNA. If you are unsure which Rotary club will be your sponsor, please leave this section blank and continue to complete the form and we will be in touch soon to put you in contact with your local clubs.

    Each MUNA team will consist of two student delegates. The students names on their certificates will be as they are below.

    Please select your country from the list below. Country selection is on a first-come first-serve basis. The list below will show which countries are still available. Please only select a country for one team at your school - if your school would like to submit more than one team, then please choose the waitlist option and we will let you know if there is capacity for additional teams.
  • Confirmation

  • As the teacher and main point of contact for this team, it is your responsibility to have gained the appropriate permissions from each student's parent/guardian that are required at your school for participating in this event. 

    Rotary youth events have have high standards for child safety, our policies can be found here: www.rotary9820.org.au/stories/district-9820-child-safe-policies-for-rotarians. We also follow the appropriate policies of our host venue Nossal High School.

    It is the teacher and/or parent/guardian's responsibility to transport students to and from MUNA. The day wil begin at approximatley 8:30 am and finish at approximatley 6:30 pm (food is provided) at Nossal High School, Sir Gustav Nossal Blvd, Berwick Victoria 3806. Parents and/or teachers are encouraged to stay for the day and watch the event. However, it is not necessary to stay if you do not wish to - you will still need to arrange transport to and from the event for the students though.
