Is your child a rising 6th-12th grader? If so, you won't want to miss this 4-week dynamic strength and conditioning program designed to increase strength, speed and endurance youth fitness course led by Coach Milton Spence!
While it might be difficult to accept, stress is a part of our everyday life and it can wreak havoc on our physical and mental health. As teens navigate the complexities of growing up, it’s crucial to understand the connection between the mind and body. This Summer we are offering sessions throughout the month of June to get your teen out of the house and moving!
❖ Our goal is to progressively improve athletic ability for high school athletes involved in all sports and teach your child how to use exercise to reduce stress and anxiety.
❖ This program is a great opportunity to stay in shape over the summer while providing the necessary performance growth for all student athletes.
❖ Student athletes will learn basic lifting techniques and weight room etiquette, focusing on fundamentals, while introducing high-school level speed and agility drills.
❖ Student athletes will train with core and auxiliary lifts, stressing different muscle groups throughout the week, while balancing gains in the weight room with speed, agility, and conditioning.
This program is for:
o Novice or Experienced Athletes that strive to become better overall
o Desire to participate in a top athletic performance program
o The athlete who wants to experience growth towards achieving personal goals
Two Sessions Offered Daily (Monday - Thursday) in JUNE 2023:

All rising 6th - 12th graders are welcome! Join us every Monday - Thursday for Session 1 or Session 2 or select specific classes below that work for your schedule! Each session is $10 per class or $200 for all classes! Register below!
