This includes: Hotel accomodation (twin share), your teachers to join you, venue entry fee, gala ball on the Saturday night.
Doesn't include: flights and heat entry fees, meals
Finances
- To secure your place, please place a deposit of $200.
The remaining payment ($1299) is due on/before 10th July 2025
- Refunds
All trip payments made in advance of the deposit deadline are fully refundable. These payment dates have been made in conjunction with the hotel. Once QuickSteps has locked in room numbers with the hotel, and made payments, QuickSteps is not able to recover the funds.
Teachers
- If your teacher is unable to travel to the competition for a reason out of QuickSteps' direct control (for example, injury, family emergency), then you will have the option of cancelling or competing with another suitable teacher. If you cancel within 25 days of the trip commencing, we would only be able to provide you with a 50% refund as monies have been paid to the hotel. Please consider this risk, however unlikely, when agreeing to compete. Please also consider this when choosing the type of airline ticket (refundable/not refundable) when purchasing your flight.
Room sharing
- Travellers are responsibile for choosing their own room partner. QuickSteps will help where possible.
- If you wish to have your own room, a single supplement is payable.
- We can suggestions to you for who to share with, but ultimately it is your responsibility to find someone.
- If you have not found a room partner within 30 days of the trip, you will need to pay the single supplement
Risk
- Participating in dancing, and travel all entail accepting some risk. By coming on this trip, you accept these risks. Except in cases of gross negligence, you indemnify QuickSteps from all claims resulting from injury, claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses resulting from this trip.
Travel insurance
- Travel insurance for this domestic trip is optional.
- By signing this contract you understand that travel insurance may cover you for situations where QuickSteps is unable to refund you.
For example: You are not able to come on the trip due to a family or personal situation. QuickSteps is unable to refund you (because money has already been paid to the travel service providers or the competition organiser).
