A rental verification will be conducted on your application. Applicants are required to meet the minimum rental history requirements for the specific property to which they are applying.
Goldleaf Development has the right to withhold keys until an acceptable Landlord Reference form has been received, or payment on this account is received in full
Goldleaf Development shall have up to 21 calendar days from acceptance of the earnest money to approve or deny the rental application
Agents for Goldleaf Development are authorized to contact any references listed on this application.
All approved applicants are required to provide a valid Driver's License or State Identification Card
A credit check will be conducted on your rental application
Satisfactory rental history does not include time residing with parents, relatives, or friends
I understand that renters insurance is required during the course of my lease
