Cool Dads Rock Soapbox Derby Vendor Application

Vendor Prices

Arts, Crafts, Food, and Entertainment vendors are $100 per booth. Health Services and Community Service Representatives (hospitals, Police Officers, Firefighters, etc.) are $50 per booth. 

The festival vendor fee covers booth space. You are responsible for your own tent, tables, chairs, etc. 

Payment

Payment is due once your application has been approved and can be submitted through Paypal or Cashapp. 

Refund Policy: If the withdrawal request is made 30 days or more prior to the event, you can receive a 50% refund on your space fee. No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event date due to your commitment to the event production. All refund requests must be made in writing and received by our office via email at vendors@cooldadsrock.com 

Please provide measurements in feet. Length and Depth measurements must accurately reflect the size of your setup. Tents cannot exceed 10x10 measurements.

If using a trailer, make certain to include the trailer tongue in your measurements. Also, please give details of your trailer as it will be set up at the event: e.g. Which direction is the tongue and service window (On the left or right)?

Vendor Offering

Please fill out your top goods/menu choices below. Vendors may be selected based upon menu items described. In an effort to avoid duplication, not all menu items may be selected. Vendors may only sell items agreed on by Cool Dads Rock.

Note: Approved items will be included with the Acceptance Letter (sent via email).

Food vendors

You must be compliant with current local and regional guidelines for temporary food service events. A  list of requirements will be provided to food vendors via email. 

Beverage Policy

Food vendors are permitted to sell non-branded Lemonade, Iced Tea and other beverages. No vendor will be allowed to sell water as it will be provided to attendees for free. 

No alcoholic beverages may be sold from your booth at any time.

Waste Disposal

Vendors are responsible for properly collecting and bagging trash within the sales location. All food vendors must provide ground cover inside their booth and cooking area for the absorption of grease. No food vendor will be allowed to open if the ground cover is not in place. No grease or grey water is to be poured onto the ground or down any drains. Anyone found doing this will be asked to leave. Additionally, you will be responsible for all environmental cleanup costs and subject to prosecution by city or state officials. 

Following submission of your application, it will be reviewed and you will be notified by email regarding your participation at the festival.  A copy of this application will be sent to you via the email you provided.

Photo Release: I hereby consent to the publication and of my name and/or  likeness (“Likeness”) for the purpose of promotion, publicity, advertising, or other manner or media by Cool Dads Rock or any other representative authorized to act on behalf of the aforementioned entity. Likeness shall include, but not be limited to, photographs, sound and/or video recordings, films, broadcasts, brochures, publications, reports, web pages, promotional materials, or any other audio-visual, electronic, printed, tangible work in any media or format, now known or hereafter to become known, and/or reproductions of any of these. I agree that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

I agree to abide by the above stated rules. I further understand that Cool Dads Rocks and their representatives are not responsible or liable for damages, including but not limited to: loss suffered before, during, or after the event I have applied to resulting from the display of my work, equipment, or material. I understand that there are no refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather
