The Evironmental Protection Agency announced the Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) would go in to effect to support development of actions to reduce lead in drinking water. The intent of the LCRR is to identify and replace all lead service lines/pipes in communities across the nation.

These rule revisions require all water systems to create an inventory of our service lines and customer side service lines. We are required to list what the lines on your side of the meter are made of. We have created this short form for customers to fill out to help us provide what the EPA is requiring. If we cannot determine what our side or your side lines are, we will be required to dig up on both sides of the meter in order to determine the line materials.
