In consideration for being allowed to enter upon said premises, or to participate in club activities, I agree to release, hold harmless and indemnify The Rockie Mountain Saddle Club and Stable Foundations in its entirety, including but not limited to its owners, board of directors, officers, managers, agents and employees for any loss of damage including any that results from claims for personal injury, death or property damage related to the use of or occurring on said premises for any purpose whatsoever, or from participation in club activities.
It is further understood that upon signing of this agreement, that the agreement will remain in full force and effect for the 2026 show season, ending December 31, 2026 or until it has been rescinded in writing and personally delivered to The Rockie Mountain Saddle Club President prior to December 31, 2026.
I hereby give permission for images of my child(ren) and/or myself, captured during regular and special Rockie Mountain Saddle Club activities through video, photo and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of promotional materials and publications, newsletters and club website, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
Under Colorado Law, an equine professional is not liable for any injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risk of equine activities, pursuant to section 13-21-119, Colorado Revised Statutes.
