The form linked below is to be filled out and returned along with the access key. The reserving party acknowledges that the Clubhouse is to be cleaned and presentable for the next private event and Inspirations residents.

Permitted access is only granted for the requested time block on the original Rental Request.
No smoking allowed inside the Clubhouse or any Association facilities or property at any time,including e-cigarettes and vapors.
No pets are permitted in the Clubhouse, other than Service Animals.
There are 24-hour security cameras located in and around the Clubhouse, which will record andretain footage for the Association team to reference
Pictures must be taken before and after your event and e-mailed to the Lifestyle Directorimmediately following the completion of the rental.
Floors must be swept and/or vacuumed. Please leave no trash or debris on floors, includingbathroom and patio floors.
All spills are to be cleaned using the provided cleaning solution and paper towels. All tables are tobe cleaned with water and paper towels.
All tables and chairs will need to be put back in their appropriate place. Three (3) tables in the largeconference room and seven (7) tables in the Clubhouse. Each table needs six (6) chairs.
All decorations must be removed from the Clubhouse (please reference the decorations in theReservation Rental Policies and Procedures).
Restrooms, kitchen, patio, and bathroom must be cleaned.
TVs, DVD players, lamps, lights, and stereo equipment must be turned off.
Empty vacuum cleaner.
