We're thrilled to return for the 3rd Happy Tails Festival for all the dog lovers in Southern Oregon!
Deadline: Applications must be RECEIVED by July 30, 2025

Event Date: Saturday, September 13, 2024, 10 am - 3 pm

Location: Bear Creek Park in Medford (Close to Amphitheater) 1520 Siskiyou Blvd

Vendor Set-Up: 8:30am-9:45am

Vendor Take Down/Clean Up: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Outdoor Vendor Space: Exhibitor provides all display materials including but not limited to table, chairs and pop-up tent. No access to electricity. No staking allowed, you will have to come up with another way to hold tents down if the weather determines that. No other sales other than described are allowed.

Happy Tails Festival is been brought to you by "Southern Oregon's Best". We reserve the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event.

The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsoring and operating organization, Happy Tails Festival and Southern Oregon's Best, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.

No alcohol at this event

Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable.

REQUIRED: All food operators must have a Certificate of other Insured naming Southern Oregon's Best LLC as "other insured" for the day of the event. That must be submited with this application to be valid.
