    There are 2 parts to the application process.  We'll review your answers to this questionnaire and may invite you for an in-person interview.

    Only apply if:

    1. You have a currently active personal training certification.
    2. You can travel to clients' homes in the Twin Cities area.
    3. You aren't looking for a full book of clients immediately (it can take some time to build up your clientele).
    4. You are serious about doing in-home personal training for many years to come.  This is not seasonal or short-term work.  Please don't apply if you don't want to work with us for at least a few years.

    It may be tempting to give answers you think we want to hear.  But there are no right or wrong answers here.

    We request that you please answer as truthfully as possible.  Here are a few reasons why -

    1. We use these answers to match you with like-minded clients. The more accurate they are the more likely you'll be happy working with your clients.
    2. We do look at these answers in our hiring process but they are by no means the deciding factor.
    3. We use an algorithm to flag results that are 'too perfect' or inconsistent.  If that comes up we may ask you to redo the questions.

      Note: All answers will be kept strictful confidential.  We won't even see your answer to individual questions.  The answers only serve to form an aggregate score.
