I open up my books for 1:1 coaching a few times a year for women entrepreneurs and creatives who are ready to rewrite their stories, create a life + business they love, and come back home to who they really are.

We will use the power of trauma-informed breathwork, somatic coaching, mindset shifting, and heartset work to alchemize your fears, doubts, and any perceived blocks for sustainable expansion, healing, and creation.

As a spiritual mentor my intention is to support you in your spiritual development, emotional healing, releasing limiting beliefs, connecting with your heart and developing unshakable self trust + unconditional self love.

As a business mindset + heartset coach, my intention is to support you in your overcoming your fear of being seen, authentic marketing, copywriting, learning about conscious selling, ideation & brainstorming, creating an ideal schedule, business planning, etc.
