One of the most important parts of caring for your pets is feeding. Please take your time and share as much information as *could be* needed. Your sitters are not responsible for putting your feeding instructions in writing and will not give anything that’s not listed here. If it’s part of what you share during the meet n greet, list it here. If your pets run out of food, for example, we need to know exactly what brand, flavor, type of food they’re eating. Think of this section as a what if my return is delayed and our sitters need to replace everything section. Of course, we want to keep up with all supplements, toppers, mix-ins, and medications and if it’s not listed here, we aren’t going to give it. Please be specific and include: brand, flavor, type of food + how much (scoops, cups, etc), when, how (add warm water etc), and where to feed (example: by the back door) + if you add ANYTHING to meals, what, how much, and how (mix in 1 tbsp fish oil, for example) + where you keep your pet’s food, supplements, meds + ANYTHING else your sitters need to know in order to keep your pets eating their regular foods and on track with their usual routine. Please double check all supplies. If your pet runs out of something, we are happy to purchase or order at your expense, including a $15 fee, payable within 24 hours. If you happen to experience an unexpected delayed return, we will take that into consideration on a case by case basis and may waive the fee.*

Please provide more than enough food for your pet. If your pet runs out and we are able to replenish, payment in full for the item(s) and our time ($15 minimum) is payable at time of purchase/order. Meds/Supplements: Please include the name on the package, vial, or bottle, the exact amount your pet receives, how many times each day you administer each med/supplement, and exactly how you administer most successfully. Please provide more than enough medication or supplement for your pet. We may not be able to get refills for you. If your pet runs out of medication or supplement and we are able to get a refill, payment in full for the item(s) and our time ($15 minimum) is payable at time of purchase/order.

DOGS ONLY: a visible form of I.D. is required on your dog if we are letting them outside at all or walking them. If we are providing a temporary I.D. tag, please let us know what information you’d like us to include.

$5 fee for each temporary tag, due within 3 days of attachment to pet’s gear.

We will provide the best care possible at all times according to your written instructions. If your dog/cat lives or has unsupervised access to the outdoors, we are not responsible for the safety of your dog/cat while outdoors including but not limited to ingesting harmful materials, injury caused by other animals, injury/wandering due to unsecured fencing/gates, your pet not returning home or coming inside when called, etc. We strongly recommend inspecting all areas your dog/cat has access to before you leave and we recommend keeping all cats inside while you’re away.*
