We are a small business and are known for weather delays and material delays. We do the best we can to meet your timeline but it's not guaranteed.

Your deposit is non-refundable.

We do not reccomend getting chicks before you have your coop. It is not our responsibility if your chicks outgrow their brooder.

If the coop drop off destination is too complicated to get to and you don't disclose that above we will not manueaver it through your yard, over obstacles, through sand, gardens, pastures, etc. We have the right to refuse if we can't get our trailer back to drop off location. If you inform us of delivery challenges ahead of time we will deliver in panels and can install on site that way. If you do not warn us of stairs, septic tanks, raised gardens or literally any obstacle we will leave the coop at the closest location on your property.

You are responsible for leveling your own ground. We will not level your ground for you. We will shim it. It will then be your responsibility to bring in dirt to fill gaps on bottom of run or coop. We do not install predator apron unless we're told and it's added to your invoice.
