The UNDERSIGNED recognizes and acknowledges that positions and activities at Croc Encounters Inc., may include physical activity and can be conducted in areas that can be dangerous and in close proximity to potentially harmful wildlife that involves risks of bodily injuries, both known and unknown, including, without limitation, bruises, scrapes, abrasions, infections, broken bones, trauma, and property damage. Also, please be aware that reptiles have the ability to carry the Salmonella bacteria which can cause illness in humans.

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the undersigned, both individually and/or as guardian of the Minor Participant(s), hereby assumes each of the risks described above, and releases and discharges Croc Encounters Inc., its officers, directors, agents, servants, employees,and all volunteers from any and all actions, causes of actions, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses, attorney's fees, compensation, and all consequential or other damages now accrued or hereafter to accrue to or for the benefit of the undersigned or the Minor participant(s) as a result of any act(s), omissions(s) and/or negligence of Croc Encounters, Inc., its officers, directors, agents, servants, employees, and all volunteers, specifically including, without limitation, any personal injury or property damage incurred while attending activities or assuming positions on or off the facilities of Croc Encounters, Inc..
