Consent: I agree to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement as communicated to me by John Lyon VFW Post 3150 (Post) staff. If I cancel the event more than 45 days before, I will receive a refund of my deposit minus a $50 processing fee. I also acknowledge that some or all of my payment may be withheld should I cancel within 45 days, with Post retaining 50% of my deposit or $250 (whichever is greater) and refunding the remainder. I also accept responsibility for any damage to the Post's property or facilities that may be caused by myself or my guests.
