Terms and Conditions
Absence
Payment cannot be refunded if a child is absent from the class through sickness or for any other reason. However, if an absence is prolonged for reasons beyond the parent/carer's control, then a proportionate refund may be made at the class leader's discretion. Guidance as to whether it is appropriate to bring your child if they have an illness can be found on the NHS website/schools advice.
Cancellation of Contract
The leader of the session may cancel the contract at any time. In this case a refund of the payment in relation to classes lost will be made, but the class leader will not be liable for any costs incurred in this cancellation.
Absence of Class Leader
If the session leader is sick or for any other compelling reason is unable to run the class on any particular day, the leader will aim to notify parents/carers as early as possible. An alternative class will be arranged, but if that proves impossible a refund will be made.
Payment and Administration
Before a child attends his/her first class, emergency contact details and disclaimer for liability must be completed and signed.
