By signing below and submitting this form you agree to Joyous Events, LLC terms and conditions: A 50% non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Your date and time is not secured until we receive your deposit. The balance is due 3 days before your event. Services will not be rendered until the balance is paid. All deposits are non-refundable unless Joyous Events,LLC cancels. We need to be within 10ft of an outlet in order to provide photo booth services and will need a 6.6ftx6.6ft clearance if we are providing backdrop. We will also need access to your venue's Wifi in order for the photobooth to operable. Please be sure you and your guests are mindful of photo booth equipment. After submitting this form, you will receive the invoice for your deposit.
