Our 2025 Vendor / Commercial Building Application is now a fillable online document. This application is strictly for Vendor / Commercial Building booths. THIS APPLICATION IS NOT FOR FOOD VENDORS!!
Please READ the APPLICATION INFORMATION IN ITS ENTIRETY, sign where indicated and submit it. Once your document has been submitted please mail your payment as directed in the Payment(s) & Payment Deadline Section below.
REGISTRATION FEE: (Tuesday - Friday):
Inside 10'x10' Space with 110 outlet $120.00
Inside 20'x10' Space with 110 outlet $210.00
Outside 20'x10' Space $220.00
* If you are interested in your booth being open Saturday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, please contact Debbie Lewis for additional information & cost. If interested please submit your application asap as you will need to be on the front side of the building in order to be open on Saturday.

Confirmation of your booth space will not be made until payment has been received.

CANCELLATIONS:
NO Refunds. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
SET UP INFO. :
Must be completed by 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 16th (This is for both inside and outside vendors).
Actual set up time(s) and date(s) will be sent out closer to event time.
TEAR DOWN INFO. :
Anytime after 8pm on Friday, September 19th. All merchandise, tables, chairs and personal belongings will need to be removed from the building on Friday night. UCF is not responsible for any items left after Friday night.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
The Commercial Building is open Tuesday-Friday from 5:30pm until 9:00pm. Should foot traffic become slow, it is possible that the building will close earlier than 9. Do not ask to gain access to the building prior to 5:30p.m.
GATE PASSES:
Each vendor will be provided with five (5) gate passes. These passes will be good for everyday of the fair. If additional gate passes are needed, you may purchase them at the front office. You will also be given one (1) vehicle pass to enter the loading/unloading area during the week of the fair. Vendors are not to park inside the gate at any point.

Please keep in mind that Debbie is not a full time employee for the Union County Fair and isn't always available to answer calls during the work day. Please leave a voice message or send a text. She will get back to you as soon as possible.

BOOTH THEME:
It is now time to put your thinking hats on as to how you will decorate your booth(s) to attract visitors. We will be asking that all vendors use a common theme when decorating. Our theme this year will be: "GOOD VIBES & FAIR RIDES"!
There will be a 1st, 2nd & 3rd place ribbon awarded for the top three booths. 1st place will also receive a cash prize!!
