Admissions Requirements
*ALL prospective students must attend an interview with the admission officer.

*Prospective students MUST provide a state or national issued identification card or Military Discharge Identification and social security card or Passport.

*Provide evidence of a high school diploma, general equivalency diploma, or its equivalent

*Must provide transcripts from previous school if applicable.

Applicants under 18 years of age and AT LEAST 16 years of age must provide a signature of approval from parent/legal guardian and parent/legal guardian must also attend the initial interview with admission officer.

A parent/legal guardian of any applicant under 18 years of age must also sign the Application of Admissions and the Enrollment Agreement.

Applicants who do not have a high school diploma, certification or GED and are at least 16 years of age must demonstrate the ability to learn from the program of instruction
All information requested is for the purpose of establishing eligibility and a record for the individual within the institution. Disclosure of this information is voluntary, however, failure to provide accurate and complete information will prevent enrollment of the individual in the program. No qualified person will be excluded from enrollment at this institution based on age, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability or nationality. Confidentiality of applicants as well as student records is strictly protected.
