Praxis Circle Network (PCN) Conference 2023 Vendor Registration Form

Join the PCN Team Members who are committed to empowering women and girls to be free and protected by becoming a vendor at the first Praxis Circle Network annual women’s conference 2023. By displaying your products to woman and girls, you are giving them the opportunity to select products that enhance their daily lives where they feel the freedom to choose what is right for them.

All conference activities will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Oakbrook, IL.  A block of rooms has been reserved for PCN conference participants at the hotel for the conference rate of $139.00 plus all applicable taxes, per night.  If you choose to stay at the hotel, please make your own reservations by contacting the hotel directly at (630) 472-6033.  When booking your reservations at the hotel be sure to identify yourself as an PCN Conference 2023 participant to receive the special group rate.   Reservations must be made by October 5, 2023.

• The cost for vendors is $210.00 for the entire conference.
• There is a payment processing fee of $6.30 for electronic submissions.
• The conference opens Thursday evening, October 19 and closes Sunday morning, October 22, 2023.
• Vendor registration includes one 6’ skirted table with two chairs. 
• All registrations must be received by October 1, 2023.
• To cancel your vendor registration, you must submit a written request postmarked no later than September 15, 2023, to Praxis Circle Network, P.O. Box 288364, Chicago, IL 60628-9998. Attn: Rev. Dr. Essie Clark George. Your registration fee will be returned less a 50% processing fee within 30 days following the conference.
