BEFORE APPLYING - Review all the Baffle Guidelines, Instructions, below. also located on youMembers Info page on the website. Be prepared before you come into the gallery.
You must be able to meet all Take-in and Art Removal schedules. (no deviations). If you cannot make the specific dates, please make arrangements for someone else to manage it for you.
Setup: IN on MAR 1/2 AND Takedown: OUT on APR 30 to MAY 1
No glass will any longer be permitted. The Baffles will be moved often.
The weight of artwork must not exceed 1.5 lbs per piece. If your walls bow in any way, you will be asked to replace your artwork.
Your Artist Waiver must be signed online. (Do not US mail anything to the Baffle Coordinator,) as we need it recorded online. The link is provided in your submission email. A confirmation is sent to you via an email. PLEASE download your signed agreement when received via confirmation, and than email a copy to Charcee at charlotte.charcee@gmail.com. Your application is NOT COMPLETE until she receives it.
