As a community of faith, we are blessed to have facilities that can be used for a variety of events and activities. To ensure that our church remains a welcoming, safe, and respected space, we ask that all users adhere to the following guidelines:

Respectful Use: All activities and events held in the church should respect the sanctity of the space and align with the values of the Church of the Nazarene.

Booking and Scheduling: Requests for facility use must be made in advance and approved by the church office administration. Priority will be given to church-related activities.

Fees and Deposits: Depending on the nature of the event and the space used, a usage fee and a refundable security deposit may be required.

Set-Up and Clean-Up: Users are responsible for setting up the space for their event and returning it to its original condition afterward. This includes disposing of trash, sweeping and vacuuming the floors, cleaning off tables, and ensuring the area is clean

Decorum: Decorations are welcome but should be approved in advance and should not cause damage to the facility. All event-related decorum must be taken down after the event. No glitter bombs or excessive glitter permitted.

Food and Beverages: If food and beverages are to be served, please discuss this with the church administration beforehand. Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on church premises.

Safety and Security: Ensure that all safety guidelines, including fire safety and capacity limits, are strictly followed. No guns or firearms are allowed during events. The church is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises.

Equipment Use: Use of church-owned equipment (like audio/visual systems, and kitchen appliances) must be pre-approved and may require supervision or training.

Cancellations: Please notify the church as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation.

Conduct: All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and reflective of Christian values.

By adhering to these guidelines, we can ensure that our church facilities continue to be a blessing and resource to our church family and the wider community.

Thank you for your cooperation and God bless.
