I agree to MODEL RELEASE: I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Wall2Wall View LLC the Photographers/Videographers and/or partnering Photography/Videography/Production Company's, to photograph and/or film my Session/Event/Project and all parties involved. I hereby grant and understand that Wall2Wall View LLC may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.
I agree to AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my Session/Event/Project is not confirmed until Wall2Wall View LLC has received the non-refundable deposit amount (50% of total cost). The remaining balance is due no later than the day before the event. Weather cancellations will be made by Wall2Wall View and/or clients discretion. Tardiness of my booking will not delay the start time of my Session/Event/Project. My booking will remain within the scheduled time frame and will not change. I understand that every half hour (30 minutes) I go over my time I will be charged $60.00 additional. If I need to reschedule, I will give Wall2Wall View prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved date & time, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my deposit for a new date. Wall2Wall View cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try to accommodate the client. Any booking that is scheduled (one week or less) from the event date is considered short notice. A $100 (short notice booking fee) will be added to your quote. In regards to any COVID-19 cancellations or delays please contact us via email with proper documentation (from rental space etc). I understand that my final product/project (Image/Video/Film) will be sent to me by text message and email via an online link between 1-21 days after Session/Event/Final Production Day.
