participating in. You’ll receive details in advance about how
your child’s information may be used. If you have questions
or concerns please contact your child’s teacher.

Changing your consent

Consent is voluntary. You can withdraw or change your
consent to update the
FOIP consent form, or by contacting our school office.
It may take a few days for the changes to take effect
in our system.

When information is made public

Once a student’s image, name and other identifying
information is released publicly, Act Customized Tutoring cannot control or prevent the further distribution or use
of the material by those who access the information.
