Please complete and submit the form below to refer the named patient and client for behavioural support with Jess Browne at Future Animal Behaviour.

Veterinary involvement is essential to eliminate, or otherwise, potential medical causes of the problem behaviour and to develop an effective behaviour modification plan. Due to this and the standards I work to, set out by CCAB, FABC & APBC, I require veterinary referral and a copy of the dog's medical history, for all my behaviour cases. You as the referring vet remain fully responsible for any medical treatment.
