Before you submit a violation report, please reference the copy of the Covenants on the Documents & Forms page of this website to make sure the issue is indeed a violation. Article VI of BHN’s Covenants (pages 12-17) specifically addresses Use Restrictions. BHN’s Resident Guidelines provide additional details.

Failure to provide sufficient information and supporting photos may delay or prohibit the Association’s ability to address your concern.
