  • In a new client relationship, taking the time to get to know each other is crucial. We believe strong client relationship can lead to increased satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success for both parties.

    We also encourage clients to complete a personality assessment tool called DISC to gain a better understanding of their communication and behavioral styles. This information helps us tailor our approach to effectively communicate with and meet the needs of our clients. When you complete this form, each person you have listed will receive a link to complete a DISC profile. Each assessment takes between 15–25 minutes to complete, based on the individual’s pace of responding to the questions.

    Likewise, each person you listed may receive a link to complete a Leadership Survey. Collectively, the results will be shared during onboarding. It provides a comprehensive understanding of where the team excels as well as areas for improvement.

  • YMC's Primary Contact (if not the CEO)

    There is only one primary contact who has approval authority for projects. This means that any decisions regarding a project, including budget, timelines, and scope, must be approved by the primary contact before they can be implemented. Overall, having one primary contact for a project provides clarity, accountability, efficiency, and consistency.

  • Invoices

    At YMC, we accept electronic forms of payments and do not accept paper checks. Within the invoices issued to you via QuickBooks, there is a link online that will allow you to pay your invoice as soon as you receive it via email. If you would prefer to set up ACH, please contact bo@yourmarketingco.com and we will provide our account information to get ACH set up moving forward.
