Mentoring Mentors' vision is a world where youth have greater opportunities to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities. Mentoring Mentors' mission is to connect youth to our Intergenerational Near-to-Peer Model that encourages foundational change by influencing positive relationships and self-development, resulting in generations of community leaders.
Every year Mentoring Mentors Inc. seeks to connect with various Colleges & Universities within the Baltimore area with the intent to connect with future young adult leaders in our community. Being a youth development organization we pride ourselves on establishing partnerships with interns that will help further our vision of creating a world where youth have greater opportunities to reach their full potential and become leaders in their communities.

The main focus of our internship program is to be intentional when connecting with our future young adult leaders. We pride ourselfs on creating a teaching enviroment the encourages interns to demonstrate leadership, integrity, value, a passion of serving within the community, and the importance of long-lasting positive relationships with our youth as they work togehter. All while obtaining the skills, tools and resoures needed to be successful in their respective area of choice.
