Insertion order deadline August 28.

Finished catalogs will begin shipping from the printer, in the Portland area, in mid-October. Orders for media insertion will be shipped on pallets (unless otherwise arranged) to newspaper/distribution facility at least 10 days prior to insertion date. If you have multiple insertions planned, please submit an individual form for each order. Catalogs are 24 pages (12 physical sheets), 5 3/8" wide × 10 1/2" high and weigh approx. 1.3 oz.

Once you provide your desired zip code or codes, we will send a map with delineated carrier routes and corresponding addresses, breaking down single family, multi family, and commercial sites, for you to customize your desired demography and geography.

When we receive your carrier route selections, we will tally the total and give you the opportunity to review and confirm or add to or subtract routes.

IMPORTANT: Every Door Direct (EDDM) quantities posted on local USPS sites are different than the saturation eligible address we will provide for your review.

Saturation order deadline August 7

The bundle cap rate for stores is 14¢ (with PNBA paying 8¢ of the 22¢ cost). PNBA will pay to ship your saturation delivery copies to your local post office. All saturation orders will be delivered Nov. 1. Your local P.O. will determine the exact delivery date/dates. We have no control over this detail.

Bundle cap orders require a specific imprint, separate from your newspaper distriburted copies and to be used only for your saturation order. The imprint available for store details is 5” x 2”, print quality, horizontal. If you provide raw images and copy, PNBA will prepare this iimprint for $25.
