I, the undersigned parent, guardian, or legel custodian of Student's Name*, a student attending WCCA and enrolled in grade have read, discussed and understand the policies as stated in the 2022-2023 School Handbook.
I, the undersigned student have read and discussed with my parent or teachers and understand the policiesas stated in the 2022-2023 School Handbook. I will show Christ-like sportsmanship, judgement and support of my school while attending any school function whether at home or away. If a problem arises, I will contact WCCA and make arrangements for a conference.
