If you’re looking for a property on realestate.co.nz and want to save your search, here's what you need to do:

• Select Residential or New Builds and then select either For sale or For rent.
• Enter your search criteria into the search box. This could be an address, suburb, region or keywords, or you can toggle on our Location Selector to use the location filter.
• Use the Filters to refine your search criteria even further. Search filters could be e.g. price range, number of bedrooms, etc.
• Click Search.
• Select Save search at the top right of your screen (desktop) or the star icon (in app)*

If the criteria didn’t give you your desired properties, you can modify your existing search by refining the Filters.

*Please note, you will need to be logged into the website to save your search

If you would like to modify/delete your existing saved search:

• Click on your name at the top right of your screen (desktop).
• Select Saved searches.
• From there, you can either rename your search (pencil icon), delete the search (trash icon), or change your notification frequency

Predicting property values is a complex process. As such our trusted industry partner, REINZ uses proprietary and sophisticated deep machine learning to incorporate over 200 individual datapoints to derive an Estimated Sale Price. Some of these datapoints include: land area, site coverage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, latest CV etc., along with property sales submitted by members across New Zealand.

The Estimated Sale Price cannot be manually overridden. If you would like to hide this from the property valuation page, please tick the box below.

The Capital Value (CV) is publicly available information from a variety of sources. As such, we cannot remove it from our website. However, if the CV is inaccurate, please let us know so we can have it corrected.

If you are the owner of the property, you can request removal of the Sold data on our Valuations page. 

However, the inclusion of this sale data is due to a syndication with the council via REINZ, which automatically updates. Therefore, the removal of it will only be in place until the next records update at which time it will repopulate.

Please contact your local council to have the sales information withheld from the public database. This will ensure it does not repopulate on our site. 

realestate.co.nz features listings from licensed real estate agents, developers, and retirement villages. We do not take direct bookings from the public for private sales.

We recommend you select your chosen agent and request that they advertise your property on realestate.co.nz.

If you’re looking for a property, it’s best you visit our site realestate.co.nz and see what's available. You’ll be able to find all the latest properties there, as the site is updated constantly.

Here's what you'll need to do:

• Enter your criteria into the search box. This could be an address, suburb, region, or keywords, or you can select Filters > Browse all locations to use the location filter.
• Use the Filters to narrow your search even further. This could be price range, number of bedrooms, etc.
• Click Search.
• To save the search, select Save search at the top right of your screen (desktop) or the star icon (in app).
• If you'd like to know more about a particular property, click through to see all the details. 
• On the property page, you will find the listing agent's name and contact details. You can contact them directly using the call or email button under their contact card, or scroll to the bottom of the page to complete the enquiry form.
• Please note the enquiry form will be sent directly to the listing agent, not to realestate.co.nz.

 

If you would like to modify/delete your existing saved search:

• Click on your name at the top right section
• Click on ‘Saved searches’
• Select the trash can icon to remove the saved search. You will no longer receive emails about this saved search.
