Registrations close: 12th June 2023 at 11:59pm (or once capacity is reached)
Event Type & Format: Adult comp (Juniors under 18 by approval). 3 full sets of doubles.
Payment required with registration for entry acceptance (no invoice issued)
- $220 per player
- $440 per 2 player team
- $465 per 3 player team
Requirements - ALL players (including pool/reserve players) must have a Tennis Aust Account (Tennis ID) and a linked Universal Tennis account set up prior to entry - see link for guidance https://hdta.org.au/setup/

+ semi finals & grand finals - no play July or September school holidays*
Time of play: 7:30pm - approx 9:30pm
Locations: Castle Hill Tennis Centre & Dural Tennis Centre
Grading: Primarily based on UTR & previous comp positions - NEW players with insufficient UTR data will be asked to attend compulsory grading session - we will contact you. This is not a UTR direct event. HDTA reserves the right to place players in a division we deem suitable.
Grading Date: 13th June 2023 7:30pm at Castle Hill Tennis Centre - REQUIREMENT FOR NEW PLAYERS. YOU WILL BE CONTACTED.
Wet weather: The HDTA wet weather policy is as follows2 rainouts - no rounds replayed
3-4 rainouts - replay maximum 2 rounds
5+ rainouts - review by HDTA committee
