Please provide copies of any documents evidencing your flight cancellation and receipt of travel credits, such as any emails sent from Qantas to you.
If you are having difficulty finding the email from Qantas issuing a travel credit, we suggest that you search for an email with the Subject line: "Qantas Flight Credit Confirmation".
If you don't have these documents readily available right now, you can send them to enquiries@echolaw.com.au as soon as possible. If you don't provide these documents, we may contact you at a later point to verify your registration and follow up on any outstanding materials.
