  • In order for CSG to conduct a security assessment of your event, it is a requirement that you complete this form. It is important that this form is completed, irrespective of whether you expect CSG to protect your event. Ensure that you provide as much accurate information as possible, as this will affect the security arrangements at your event.

    • By submitting this form, I am hereby requesting that CSG provide security services for our event at the above-mentioned venue, as well as other venues where our organisation has assets. The security services requested include both static guards and emergency incident response.

      I also request, and consent to, the provision of armed guard activity pursuant to section 131 of the Firearms Act 1996, to protect the premises by security guards who are licensed under the Firearms Act 1996 to possess, carry, and use a handgun.
