The Imagination Library Registration Form
Rees Foundation has chosen to sponsor the cost of postage for care experienced parents, grandparents or guardians who wish to register their children or grandchildren ages 0-5 for the project.
Any care-experienced adult is someone, who has been in foster or residential care during their childhood.
Applicants are asked by the Rees Foundation to confirm their eligibility for charity support by confirming that they have had foster care or residential care experience. We do understand that confirming your time in care can sometimes be difficult so there are a few ways we can support you to do this using as little information as possible.
At no time do we seek for anyone to share details of their personal experiences of their time in care as we appreciate this can be sensitive.
Why do we need to confirm your former care status?
Whilst we would love to be able to support everyone, we do need to make sure that the Charity’s funds and resources have reached our intended beneficiaries; care-experienced adults.
OK, I would like to proceed so what do I need to do next?
- Choose how you would like to confirm your former care status.
- Complete the registration form below.
- Books are delivered by post to the child’s postal address listed on the form. If the child’s address changes, please do let Rees Foundation know so the child can continue receiving books.
- Read with your child and enjoy the books!
