Pawz 4 Georgia's Spay & Neuter program is intended to provide partial financial assistance to those who want to be a part of the solution in the severe pet overpopulation crisis happening in Georgia. Pawz 4 Georgia does NOT provide spay & neuter services. We partner with spay/neuter clinics in Georgia in order to offer a low-cost surgery option and rabies vaccines. Please complete this form ONLY IF you are able to follow through with getting the appointment within 30 days. All fields of this form must be completed. If you do not complete all questions and provide all information, your submission will not be evaluated. Submitting this form does not guarantee program assistance. Once the application has been processed and approved, you will receive further instructions on how to make the appointment. You will need to read carefully and follow all of the instructions.
