    For accompanying persons we will confirm the additional cost in the email. We can also add nights on request.

    Course cancellation policy :

    Participants are advised to take out Travel Insurance in the event of inability to join the course for unexpected personal reasons.

    •   All cancellations subject to a 20% handling fee of the entire course price
    •   50% refund of full amount for cancellations that occur 90 to 61 days prior to the arrival date
    •   No refund for No Show or for cancellations that occur 60 days or less prior to the arrival date
