We need to know the number of children attending as soon as possible to get the materials needed. The material fee is depenent on project chosen.

Deposit must must made at time of reservation equalling:

Half the project fee ($75)
All the estimated total material fee for your project

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 10 days before will result in full refund, unless there has already been a consultation with the artist for a specialized party. If so, this fee ($50) will be deducted from the refund. Cancellation 9 days or fewer to the date of your party will result in loss of your deposit.

Rescheduling due to illness is possible but subject to availability of Carpenter Barn and instructor(s). There will be no cost penalty for rescheduling.
