This is a beginner/intermediate half marathon coached training program to prepare for the Hayden Lake Half Marathon. We will be meeting on Wednesdays at Riverstone Park or Lake City Track depending on the planned workouts. You should be able to run 3 miles prior to starting this program. You will meet once a week for a group coached speed training session and given a 12-week training plan written by Coach Brandy Anderson, Boston Qualifier/participant, USA Track and Field Certified Coach, Lake City H.S. Cross Country Coach.
