Your appointment in salon will begin with a 15 minute full consultation to refine the plan for service.

I understand that we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel my appointment with less than 48 hours notice, I will incur a cacellation fee:

24 - 48 hours = 25% of service booked

Day-of - 24 hours = 50% of service booked

Day-of/no show = 100% of service booked
