GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
All dogs MUST arrive wearing their own collars and 4-6 foot long leash. No
retractable leashes please. Dog beds and
blankets are welcome to come with your pet if you think they will be more
comfortable with them. Otherwise a bed will be provided.

Please bring:

Your pets food

Medication if needed with clear instructions

 

Please DO NOT bring: 

Toys

Food bowls

Water bowls

 

Booking Policy: 

Due to limited space and the kennel being frequently booked to capacity, we require a deposit at time of reservation equal to 50% of the stay payable by Credit Card which must be kept on file. A 4% convenience fee applies for all credit card transactions. 

Hours:

Boarding Drop Off or Pick Up: 6:30am-8am or 4pm-5pm Monday-Friday

Boarding Drop Off or Pick Up: 6:30am-8am or 2pm-3pm Saturday-Sunday

Please keep in mind our Boarding rates are based on a 24 hour rate or less. Example- If you drop off Friday at 8am for 2 nights please plan to pick up your pet by 8am Sunday. If you plan to pick up during our afternoon time slot then a daycare fee of $35 for that day will apply. 

A of $1 per minute per dog will be charged for late pickups after 5pm. 

Our days are structured and our time is valuable. We prefer as few interruptions as possible so we may give our undivided attention to each pet in our care.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations MUST be made at least 14 days in advance of arrival in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit.

We reserve the right to charge the full amount of your pets stay to your card on file if your reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival.

The remainder of your reservation will be due at end of service by cash, credit card or Venmo. A 4% convenience fee is applied to all credit card transactions. Ally’s Pet Sitting Service can terminate service with a client at any time for any reason.

• All dogs must be non aggressive toward people and other dogs.
• Your dog must be healthy and harbor no contagious conditions.
• To ensure the safety of all pets in our care, please keep your pet at home if you suspect that they may be ill. Symptoms include, but are not limited to: coughing, hacking, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc.
• Flea treatments should be applied at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. If fleas are discovered, a flea treatment will be administered
  for the rate of $25.
• Drop off between 6:30-8am with pick up being between 4-5pm for Boarding and Daycare Services. 
  
  Vaccine Requirements:
  •Up to date Rabies vaccination
  •Up to date Distemper vaccination
  •Up to date on Bordetella
  •Negative fecal exam within 1 year for animal care reservations. Please provide records
  with contract.

Upon signing this agreement, I hereby agree to have my pet(s) in the care of Ally’s Pet Sitting Service. I am aware that Ally’s Pet Sitting Service will be providing professional care for my pet(s) at all times. I fully understand and accept that there is a certain amount of risk involved in my dog(s) participating in any off-leash, socialization or any other activities by Ally’s Pet Sitting Service. By signing this agreement, I hereby release, hold harmless and agree to indemnify Ally’s Pet Sitting Service, Ally Judkins and Family, and/or any of its employees or independent contractors from any and all liability arising from participation of my pet(s) in any activities while in the care of Ally’s Pet Sitting Service. Such release of liability and indemnification includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Any injury or death my pet(s) may cause to other persons and or animals.
• Any damage to any property caused by my animal(s) to include my animals personal belongings- beds, collars, leashes, harnesses
• Any injury or death to my pet(s) by another animal(s) or other event.
• Any event where your pet escapes

 

Should any financial liabilities arise from any of the above stated conditions, I agree to assume full responsibility for said liabilities and agree to fully indemnify Ally’s Pet Sitting Service, Ally Judkins and Family and/or any of its employees and independent contractors. I certify that my pet(s) is not aggressive toward other animal(s) or
people. I agree I have read the full terms and conditions of this contract. My signature on this Release Agreement gives my full and complete approval and agreement to the terms and conditions contained herein. I certify that I am of legal age, at least 18 years of age, to enter into a service contract.
