Just Girls Boutique is hiring for both part time and full time positions. All positions are based out of our Bloomfield Hills location.

We are looking for detail/task oriented, problem solvers with a love for fashion, who have a positive attitude to join the team! Must be comfortable in front of the camera, in a sales role, while also able to roll up the sleeves and grind it out behind the scenes.

Our hours are 10am-6pm Monday through Saturday, Sundays we are closed. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Duties include:

POS Experience:

- Fulfillment of shipping and pick-up orders

- Returns and exchanges processing

- Ringing out customers

- Adding customers to our rewards program

Office/Back Room Organization:

- Managing supplies

- Keeping the work space clean and clutter free

- Optimizing space and rearranging as needed

Inventory Management:

- Unpacking, hanging, tagging, and steaming all new merchandise

- Quality checking new merchandise

- Checking in inventory

- Communicate all damages/issues with merchandise to the vendors

Live Selling:

- Maintain an upbeat, excited, positive, sales oriented attitude during all live sales

- Ability to think on the fly, come up with new ideas, and execute plans

- Willing to promote Avabelle on social media channels to generate excitement & growth

Content Creation:

- Not a requirement but any experience in content creation, social media, graphic design, photography, or digital marketing is a major bonus.

- Familiarity with programs like Canva, Adobe, Vixers, a plus but not required.

- Must be comfortable in front of the camera, staff are often photographed or participate in our Tuesday night lives.

Skills:

- Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance

- Extremely detail-oriented

- Ability to learn new systems quickly & take instructions

- Dedicated to details

- Able to multi-task

- Able to work under pressure

- Technology savvy. Experience using Shopify, Canva, Vixer, a plus but not required.

- Comfortable taking initiative, being proactive, and working independently

- Love of fashion and small business is a plus

- Prior experience in retail/sales is a plus
