I understand that this deposit is non-refundable, and it is required to secure my appointment date.
I understand that the deposit will go toward the total cost of the tattoo, for the tattoo design originally agreed upon, and by the artist originally agreed upon.
I understand that the deposit does not purchase the artwork, but instead acts as a down payment or the tattoo service itself. The artist owns all rights to their tattoo design and is not obligated to release the design.
I understand that I must reschedule at least 48 hours before my appointment. If I cancel less than 48 hours in advance, I will forfeit my deposit.If I reschedule more than once for the same tattoo, my deposit will be forfeited, regardless of how much notice I give.
I understand that if I show up more than 20 minutes late to my appointment, I may be asked to reschedule.
I understand that No call/No shows will forfeit their deposit.
I understand that the deposit must be redeemed within a year of original deposit payment.
By paying my deposit, I understand that creating a tattoo design based on my concept is subjective, and that variations may exist between my concept and the finished design. If the finished design is not to my liking, minor changes will be made at the artist's discretion. However, I understand that substantial changes to the design or the request of an entirely new design will require a new deposit and potential rescheduling to accommodate the time for design changes. Only 1 (one) deposit will go toward the final tattoo cost.

Under extenuating circumstances, the artist has the discretion to refund a deposit, reschedule with less than 48 hours notice of scheduled appointment, or come to another agreement with the client, however they are not obligated to do so.

I have been given the opportunity to ask any and all questions about this deposit agreement and have received all answers to my full satisfaction.
