The Below signed Client, appoints and authorizes Elite Exec Solutions, as their Financial Consultant, to find lender(s)/investor(s) and to submit financial data and information supplied by the Client, for the purpose of obtaining lines of credit, cash advance credit lines, term loans and/or other financing suited for the purposes of business funding capital. The Client “Elite Exec Solutions” and partnered associates have legal authority to act on behalf of Company and authorizes Consultant to obtain any financial and or credit history from the credit reporting agencies for the purpose of determining their creditworthiness. Client is an Officer or Director or Member and Stockholder or Sole Owner of Company.
 
Elite Exec Solutions is keenly aware of those lenders who are aggressively seeking customers with a specific credit profile.  The approach for financing taken by EES will be based upon the information supplied by the Client. By signing this agreement client agrees to complete and sign the financial application truthfully to the best of their knowledge.

The Client agrees to pay a panning and success fee of 15%  for all unsecured financing up to 1,000,000 – This fee is guaranteed not to increase in the first 90 days.  This agreement is for all Lines of Credit and Credit Cards And Term Loan Funding’s.
 
YOU WILL BE INVOICED AFTER APPROVAL AND YOUR INVOICE IS DUE WHEN FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE FROM EACH LENDER.
 
Client understands and agrees that there is no guarantee of success for each and every individual application or that a Lender will issue a commitment and that a fax copy of this agreement may be used as an original. Consultant is not an employee of any financial institution and is not authorized to make any financial commitments on behalf of any Lender or Investor.
 
You understand and agree to all terms of this Fee Agreement as well as Letter of Understanding and acknowledge a faxed copy may be accepted as original.  This agreement and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflicts of laws and rules.  The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Nevada courts in and for Clark County and the Federal courts in Nevada. The parties waive all rights to a trial by jury in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with this Agreement.  It is understood all information is mutually proprietary and confidential and will not be disclosed by either party.
 
THE APR (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE OF INTEREST CHARGED BY THE LENDER) OF ALL FINANCING IS DETERMINED INDIVIDUALLY BY SCORING & UNDERWRITING METHODS UTILIZED BY EACH LENDER.  THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES MADE BY THE ELITE EXEC SOLUTIONS AS TO THE TERMS OF YOUR APPROVALS.
 
BY SIGNING THIS FEE AGREEMENT, I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE FEE AGREEMENT AND LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING.  I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT MY PAYMENT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY, BUT IF MY PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF BEING INVOICED THAT MY UNPAID INVOICE WILL BE SENT TO A COLLECTION AGENCY.
