Service awards shall be awarded for: (a) 5 Year Service Award – Certificate (b) 10 Year Service Award - Badge. The Executive will accept nominations from competitors who have been regular competitors within the District for the period specified above. Service Awards can be applied for by oneself, or may be nominated by another individual.

Applications will be assessed against the criteria to ensure that the applicant has fulfilled all requirements to receive a Metro West Service Award. Successful applicants will receive an invitation to attend the Metro West Annual Awards Night on Saturday 24th June.
