We, the workers of Bartell Drugs, take pride in the work we do, care about the safety and wellbeing of our customers and coworkers, and work hard every day to ensure Bartell is a successful company. But we are frequently at risk from unsafe working conditions, unruly customers, and aggravated shoplifters.

We have been stalked, intimidated, and assaulted just for doing our jobs!
Without adequate training, onsite security, and enforcement of trespassed shoplifters, our stores are becoming increasingly dangerous. We feel management shows greater concern for merchandise than its workers, and we will not wait for the company’s asset protection to determine which workers deserve a safe workplace or not.
