GPS Rental/Mapping Registration & Agreement

Thank you for choosing Follow My Challenge USA for your GPS Tracking and Mapping needs!
Please carefully review and complete the information in this form.

All participants will use this form to:
- Submit participant information to Follow My Challenge USA
- Hire GPS rental devices rom Follow My Challenge USA OR
- Submit your personally owned GPS Tracker (SPOT or Garmin InReach) information to Follow My Challenge USA
- Complete all required information in the form and submit payment via PayPal (PayPal account is not required).
Additional Information:
- Rental trackers for Individual time Trial (ITT) attempts will be shipped directly to the participant (please provide three weeks lead time to ensure we can get you your tracker in time for your attempt).
- Rental SPOT trackers require four (4) - AAA Energizer Ultimate Lithium batteries (not inculded). Each Participant that is renting a SPOT tracker IS REQUIRED to bring a set of batteries for their rental unit. From the SPOT website, a set of AAA lithium batteries will last approximately 4-6 days of continuous operation. If the On/Off indicator light blinks red this is a warning your battery is about to die.
- The return of the rental trackers back to Follow My Challenge USA is the responsibility of the event participants after the event. A return address will be provided in the payment confirmation email and is also available on the Follow My Challenge USA website. Rental units should be shipped to Follow My Challenge USA within 48 hours of event completion.

SPOT Rental Responsibility*

I am responsible for any damage or loss incurred to the Tracker rental up to the cost of the unit and service subscription. (~$200)I am responsible to promptly return the Tracker rental to the event director or Follow My Challenge USA (within 48 hours of event completion).I assume all financial and legal responsibilities resulting from using the SOS button on the SPOT Tracker. NOTE: In the event the SOS is used, emergency services will be summoned. Use the SOS button ONLY when in critical, life-threatening situations.
