Social Impact Exchange Program

The Social Impact Exchange Program is a 12-month fellowship designed to amplify the transformations, opportunities, and growth of marginalized, underserved, and underrepresented communities by supporting the coaches who serve them.

This is not a scholarship program. Fellowships are not granted based on financial need. They are granted based on the potential impact our fellows may have within their communities.

Our aim is impact, inclusion, and opportunity.

If you are a coach who serves a marginalized, underserved, or underrepresented community and are committed to taking consistent action, implementing proven business-building strategies, and providing candid feedback to help improve The Hive curriculum for a diverse group of coaches, we invite you to apply.

As a Fellow, you will be required to attend 1 out of every 2 group coaching calls each month. As a Fellow, you will also be required to attend at least 2 Move Steady Monday planning sessions. These 30-minute meetings happen every Monday at 10am PT | 1pm ET.* This field is required.

As a Fellow, you must attend at least 2 Thursday co-working sessions each month. These 90 minute meetings happen on the following days:- 1st Thursday of each month at 1:00pm PT - 2nd Thursday of each month at 8:00am PT - 3rd Thursday of each month at 10:00am PT - 4th Thursday of each month at 6:00pm PT

We want to make sure that all Fellows understand the structure and commitments around the Social Impact Exchange Program. Therefore, we ask that you confirm your that you understand the following:* This field is required.
I will strive to complete 100% of the program curriculum over the 12-month fellowship. I understand that completing the curriculum may require 10 focused hours of work each week.
I understand that The Hive strives to deliver inclusive trainings that apply to a wide array of niches and communities. In service to that goal, I will provide constructive written feedback in my 3rd and 9th month of the program.
I understand that the Social Impact Exchange Program’s goal is IMPACT. Therefore, I will provide a complete impact report measuring how my work has affected my community in my 6th and 12th month of the program.
I understand that this fellowship is awarded based on impact potential, not financial need.
I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance and that the next step is a written description of how I will measure my impact over the course of my time in The Hive.
