Fall 2023 Season: September 9th - November 11th, 2023

Winter 2024 Season: January 4th - March 2nd, 2024

Spring 2024 Season: April 2nd - June 8th, 2024

Summer 2024 Season: June 24th - August 17th, 2024

REGISTRATION FEES

 

Juniors (4 - 6 years) & Seniors (7 - 10 years): $500 per season.

 

• We will also consider older 4 year olds to join.
• For younger players - see our "Kids Soccer" program.
• For older beginner players - see our "Development Team" program.

By submitting this form, I am officially registering for Recreation Soccer with Community First Sports Club (CFS) and am agreeing to all of the following items to be known as the ("Terms and Conditions"):

 

• The Recreation Soccer is a single season commitment to attend two - three classes per week for the entire season I have registered for. I understand that there are no refunds even in the case that my player has not been regularly attending recreation classes and that failure to attend classes may result in my players removal from the program.
  

 

• I am reserving a place for my player in the CFS Recreation Soccer. There is no requirement for CFS to offer a refund if you withdraw your player from the team after completing payments. Credit towards future programs will be offered in the case of withdrawing your student before the start of the season.
  

 

• I have read, reviewed with my family, and accept CFS "Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver with Regards to Coronavirus/COVID-19"

 

• CFS reserves the right to take video and photography of all players in practice and game setting to utilize for online media platforms, and for advertising, marketing, and other promotional material.
